Some of our programmes are delivered in partnership with the Department for
Work and Pensions (DWP).

delivering training, managing participation, supporting progression
opportunities, and meeting our legal or contractual obligations. Where required,
we may share relevant information with trusted partners, such as the DWP,
awarding bodies, or employers, to support programme delivery and outcomes.

necessary and securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. In
the event of a data breach, we will act promptly to contain and investigate the
issue and, where required, notify relevant authorities and affected individuals.
We may collect feedback from participants, employers, contractors, and
partners to help us improve our services. We may also request consent to use
photographs, videos, testimonials, or case studies for promotional purposes,
including on our website and social media channels. Any promotional use of
identifiable personal information or images will only take place with consent,
which can be withdrawn at any time.
