Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games
EveryStage partnered with All In to provide young people with paid work placements and valuable events industry experience during the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026. We supported recruitment by connecting All In with previous participants from our Introduction to Events Management courses.
In the lead-up to the Games, the young people worked as Community Ambassadors, promoting the Games at community venues across Glasgow. They delivered fun activities including bowls, basketball and bocce, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment while engaging with local communities.
During the Games, some progressed into Venue Engagement Coordinator roles, supporting live sites and engaging with local communities. They were at the heart of day-to-day operations, welcoming spectators and supporting volunteers. They assisted with public engagement activities, and provided direct wayfinding and enquiry support.
With our company’s founders first meeting at the Commonwealth Games in 2014, before going on to establish EveryStage 10 years later, supporting the 2026 Games felt like a meaningful, full-circle moment for the team.
EveryStage was born from a shared belief that the events can be transformative and has since grown into an organisation that is providing young people with skills, confidence and opportunities to transform their careers in the industry.
