Meet Alex!
Alex recently took part in EveryStage’s Staged for Life programme, learning the fundamentals of lighting, sound design and stage management.
Alex has since gained a paid-placement with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, wotking on their Community Stage as a technician. Located on the Royal Mile, Alex and the team delivered shows for crowds of thousands of people each day, gaining meaningful industry experience within the world’s largest arts festival.
We facilitate valuable supported work placements at various Edinburgh Festival Fringe venues to participants who complete the Staged for Life programme, helping to develop the future generation of event professionals.
