Youth Job Festival:
It’s often taken for granted that Edinburgh hosts the largest performing arts festival in the world, and that this creates a vast variety of professional opportunities.
EveryStage partnered with Skills Development Scotland to bring the Edinburgh Fringe Youth Job Festival to the Edinburgh Festival Theatre.This event was a chance for 18–25 year olds to have the chance to connect directly with organisations and employers across every sector of the Edinburgh Fringe.
The Fringe doesn’t just rely on performers. It needs an entire workforce to bring it to life and this was a genuine opportunity for young people to find their pathway into it.
